What baffles me is that at the onset of this administration osibanjo made us to believe that Nigeria is going to adopt Zero base budgeting system where every item of expenditure is justified from zero base but its obvious the govt still carry out incremental budgeting system where a percentage increase is added to last budget and presented.This govt has lost it cos they have obviously not brought anything new 2 Likes |
