Job Title: Operations Manager
Reports to: Director OperatIons
Organization: Siddiqah Primo Foundation
Location: Surulere, Lagos.

Job Background:

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day administration of the office. He/she supports the Director Operations by taking care of operational support duties. The position holder shall foster a culture of accountability and ensures that organizational resources are used in the most cost-effective manner. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality in dealing with personnel and finance matters. He/she must be friendly, courteous and have a professional approach towards donors, staff, volunteers and others. The person must be a graduate of not less than 2 years post NYSC experience, social media savvy and be able to use Microsoft Office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning and budgeting for day to day operational effectiveness in conjunction with the relevant project managers.
• Management of petty cash, ensuring that all payments and accountabilities meet the required standards.
• Procurement of office and other supplies for the facilities in line with set procurement procedures.
• Inventory management for all facility assets.
• Event scheduling and management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for donors, prospective donors, beneficiaries and volunteers.
• Responsibility for guest management, overseeing the activities and maintenance of the organization's property
• Any other jobs as may be assigned.
