Hello great folks in the house, With 10-12 months waiting period for Germany, is there anyway one could get the interview at a shorter date, say 3-6 months as my German employer is not able to wait for that long period. Please help a brother |

Does anyone know what happens if you submit your application without FEA pre-approval letter? The company I work for said I wouldn't need it since I qualify for a blue card (german equivalent university degree and an employment contract with a German company that pays a salary of at least €53,600 per year) but I was asked for it at my appointment. It has been about a week now and I haven't heard back from the embassy. |

goof: The embassy might get in touch with the company directly to get it, maybe causing a slight delay. All my friends that applied for blue cards got an FEA. Just relax and wait for any contact |

I booked my work visa appointment on August. Can I disturb my employer now to secure FEA. And is there anything like resumption date on it? Because now my employer and I can't assumed a resumption date since appointments date is unknown. Please help on the necessary steps to follow. Thanks |

You can make a declaration of age affidavit with ur passport on one side and any of your parents passport on the other side. I hope that answers your question. |

Richard00000: According to the German consulate. If you are born from 1992 and above you have to present NPC birth certificate. But anything below that.. Declaration of age they want. Which is disposed by your Mom nor father nor uncle. |
