No its not true

1st republic it was Balewa -Azikwe alliance, Yoruba were opposition
2nd republic it was Shagari-Ekwueme alliance Yoruba opposition
3rd republic it was Tofa-Sylvester Ugo alliance
4th republic it was Buhari-Okadigbo, Atike-Ben Obi and now Atiku-Peter Obi
