Being a lady is very challenging. A lady in reproductive age is more challenging because of different factors associated with the female secondary sexual characteristics

Below are a few of factors that a lady should expect as the journey of being a female continues.

AMENORRHEA: It is the absence of a menstrual period in a woman of reproductive age. it is a symptom with many potential causes like low birth weight, drug-induced, stress and it may also be unknown.

DYSMENNORHEA: It is known as painful period or menstrual cramps during menstruation. Dysmennorhea usually last for maximum of 3 days but in rare case 5 days. It is more common among those with heavy periods, irregular periods and those whose period started before 12 years
