Ramos is an indisputable best defender in the world now. Forget his hash tackle some times, he is a team leader, a determined player, a goal getter, an achiever and a passionate player. He has been so useful to his club and country for a decade now. The only defender who has been a rescuer in crucial matches for both club and country in recent time.

You guys should be questioning the inclusion of Sergio Ramos not Varane. varane was instrumental in winning the UCL and World cup, you don't have to be a rough defender to be a great defender. Varane is better than Ramos any day.
