I'll advice you use another simcard. Most preferably MTN..

I initially tried creating a profile code with glo, they deducted #50 and never sent me a profile code. I had to use Mtn of which I got the code almost immediately

I have tried severally for my cousin even used her mtn and my glo line yet we are still yet to receive her profile code.
