Nigeria were rated high in 2016 due to the exposure of 16yrs of pdp by buhari government , when corrupt pdp were hiding their stolen money under bed,in soakaway and in burial ground.

in 2015 buhari is yet to appoint a minister,
in 2016, the appointed minsters were screen by the Senate,
in 2017, the minister were yet to settle down on the job,
so where did you see corruption in this government?
it was the corruption of the past expose by buhari government that TI rated.

Hehehe.. so in other words you are saying buhari is incompetent enough to take 2 and a half years to pick ministers!! A man ready to govern is supposed to have prepared the list and name of those to work with him!! From 2015-2016 is one year.. stop this blame game method.. nigerians are wiser now!!
