Information gathered from Polish news source says that two Huawei staffs were on Tuesday morning arrested by Polish government over allegations of spying for Chinese government. This is coming after Huawei CFO got arrested last year in Canada.

The source said that the District Court in Warsaw had on Thursday issued an arrest warrant of former ABW officer Piotr D. and sales director in Poland for Huawei. Officers of the Internal Security Agency arrested and charged both suspects with act. 130, para.1 regarding espionage against the Republic of Poland.

The counterintelligence agency claims it has strong evidence against both suspects and alleged that the detainees acted for the benefit of the Chinese special service.
The two suspects therefore pleaded not guilty to the allegations. Pending when the trial commence, both suspects will remain in custody for the next three months and could face up to 10 years in prison if found guilty.
Reacting on the situation, Huawei representative on his statement said, "Huawei is aware of the situation and is monitoring it on an ongoing basis. For now, we do not comment on this matter. "

"Huawei adheres to all applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which it operates. In addition, each Huawei company requires compliance with legal provisions and rules in force in the countries in which the company has branches, "he added.

Meanwhile, Huawei’s troubles started when United State government banned and prohibited officials from using Huawei smartphones. Japan, Australia, UK also excluded Huawei and ZTE technologies from any government contracts. Canadian government followed up by arresting the CFO and the daughter of the founder of Huawei Technology, Ren Zhengfei, while warning the citizens to be careful of what they(Canadian Government) termed “state-sponsored espionage”.

This is just a cheap shot by those who are threatened by the meteoric rise and success of Huawei and in extension, China as a whole.

The discrimination of Huawei and ZTE from handling government projects by UK, US, Canada and the arrest of Huawei CFO on trumped up charges in Canada are all in a futile bid to suppress the growth of these companies.

This is a typical case of giving the dog a bad name in order to hang it.

That is not true, that satellite is meant for china's expedition on the far side of the moon, communication is a key issue on far side of the moon so China set up a relay satellite between the moon and the earth, one of the ground base satellite to control the relay satellite is located in Argentina. Any other things is American propaganda.

If America claim the satellite is for spying on the, it is like saying Nasa's telescope in Chile is also for spying.
