As part of the set plans/goals for this year, the CEO of Xan's share the blessings foundation; Xan Burnom, has taken the bull by the horn in ensuring that her homeless to home proposition is achieved. The cornerstone of this project is to endeavor that majority of these people that roam about the streets are empowered before they join the league of homelessness.

In 2018, during the foundation's series of homeless feeding spree at Agege area in Lagos state , the CEO sighted a homeless man; Mr Danny, in one of the pictures taken during the sharing, he was looking ruffled and unkempt, and really looked like some who needed help.
His condition caught the attention of Nana, and she instructed that the Lagos volunteers of the foundation do a follow up on his case and also get his details.

The 11th of January 2019, will be an unforgettable moment for Danny boy as his case was revisited, he was taken from the street to where he had his nice haircut, he took an angelic bath, the foundation got him nice cloth and he also ate a sumptuous meal from a nearby eatery.. Xan ensured that his look changed completely and he was also given some thousands of naira as stipend. Furthermore, he will be enrolled for an empowerment course and the foundation is also set to get him a befitting accommodation. His case is just one of thousand of cases that Xan's Foundation is set to handle this year.

The foundation has also mapped out a recuperating plan for him in ensuring that he doesn't stay homeless again, one can’t offer homeless people homes if the homes do not exist. It is this scarcity of good and affordable homes that engenders the situation which makes majority go homeless. Parental neglect, discontent at home, marital instability in family of orientation, poverty, laziness and peer influence were the major causes of being on the street.

Xans Learning center for unique people is to open officially soon, enrollment has started and the school will also serve as a training center for the series of empowerment courses.. CEO Xan's Foundation, Xan Burnom has reiterated the fact that her foundation will ensure that the cases of homelessness is drastically reduced in Nigeria.
