I used to be in your position. Anytime you feel the urge just pray at the same time. Its a devilish act and spirit that locks progress. Just rebuke the spirit.

Just give yourself headache... I meant carry projects that ordinarily you can't handle. Trust me porn will be the last thing on your mind. E.g, go and start building a 2 storey building, or start the process of marriage or invest your live savings in a business. I wish I knew what I know now during my 20s. It is the best time to take all kinds of financial risks and blow, b4 your 30th birthday, you are already made and will be cruising. At 21, your health is standard, your biological shock absorbers are still intact, nothing like blood pressure etc... Don't waste the energy on porn and matubation. I repeat, give yourself serious assignment that will keep you restless for the next 3 years.

I battled with that for over 10yrs lol (for real) but am over it now
Here is how
Am a Christian
A time came when I needed Gods help in my life and I sensed that he can't help much when am still into sexual immoralities so I
-went to God in prayer
-confessed my sins to him
-told him I no longer want2 be battling with sexual immorality
-asked him to help me stop it totally
-drew closer to him
And then I was able to stop it totally even the urge I no longer feel at all till today .
SO ASK GOD FOR THE SPIRIT OF SELF CONTROL

The above steps are tested and trusted .

These steps people are giving to you can help you minimize it but a time will come when you can't control the urge then you find yourself where you were again .

Here's my little coin for you.
Take an active step.
1. Write a plan and mark everyday that passes by without you masturbating or watching porn. It gives you a sense of challenge to beat.

2. Limit the level of security and privacy you set around yourself. E.g make your room more accessible. If your house has very good security, don't close your door when you're about to sleep at night.

3. Find someone who won't judge you, someone you trust very well and confide in them. Let the person monitor your progress in the challenge you give yourself in number 1.

4. Don't be too harsh on yourself every time you fall into it and don't try ti give up. Always be convinced that you'll overcome it.

5. Find activities you can do to move your life forward and engage in daily commitment to that activity. Masturbating reuqires passion and you can drive that passion to something else.

Overall, if you're really convinced you want to stop it, I believe you will really stop it though it's not going to be easy.

1. Give your life to Jesus Christ by confessing your sins including the masturbating sin to God, do this with a sincere and repenting heart after which pray to God to help you overcome the spirit of masturbation and He will help you.
2. Always read your Bible and pray
3. Look for another activity that you can substitute for masturbation. Anything you know that can easily reach to do or you like doing, like hobbies
4. Give yourself targets that you will want to get/achieve if you're able to overcome this spirit of masturbation
5. Set rewards for yourself anytime you achieve each targets you will reward yourself.
6. Ask questions about masturbation from people how they feel about masturbation especially the people you know they will hate even hearing the word masturbation and ask them indirectly how will they think this masturbation thing can be overcome.
7. Avoid watching films that erotic in nature (sexual related movies)
8. Still fast and pray about it.
9. Pray and believe that it's over between you and masturbation and always give thanks to God for helping to overcome it.
