This is nothing near a refinery whether conventional or modular.

This is an energy storage facility for gas and petrochemical products. Shikena. You folks should stop talking nonsense.

Bobo, there is nothing like comparison here. The topic is about a project in progress which will actually turn to a goal and the guy trying to bad mouth it by saying, is this what he used 4 years to build. So the project should have been completed within two month abi?
Is it that you are having a problem understanding the meaning of the word comparison?

Even this modular refinery that is the bone of contention is still a matter of debate because we are still not sure if its totally a federal project!
From reports, its a partnership between a private company and the federal government which has long been under construction since the time of the last administration!

These zombies and stupid lies! That was how a school in Agbor was credited to bubari in the run-up to 2015 elections only for the school to be declared one of the schools Immanuel renovated.

In 2010, NDPR commissioned a 1000b/d Mini Refinery for the extraction of diesel (AGO) from crude oil produced from the Ogbele field.
NDPR was the first of such private refinery in Nigeria to receive a License to Operate (LTO) by the Federal Government.
In 2014, NDPR celebrated the 1,000th Diesel Truck Load Out from the Mini Refinery.
Currently, an expansion of the plant is ongoing to increase processing capacity to 11,000bpd in 2019. Stop deceiving people. The truth is bitter

Lies from the pit of hell, that project has been on going long before PMB. It has absolutely nothing to do with this administration, stop ascribing every project to the government. If this government was involved in this project in anyway, everyone would have long heard about it.

You don't just go and snap pictures of on going project and claim it for political purpose, what kind of desperation is this? I am from Rivers and very much in know of this project.

Shame on the moderator who pushed this to the front page without correct findings.

Niger Delta Exploration & Production Plc (NDEP) is Nigeria’s first integrated oil and gas investment company.
Founding Chairman, Late Chief Godwin Aret Adams, a former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), and other highly respected professionals came together to initiate a truly indigenous public oil company.

You're just pained PMB is gaining momentum day by day. Was their anytime GEJ, through any parastatal declare to build a modular refinery? When and what was the progress if they actually did? By the time PMB is announced for second term, don't be depressed enough to do the unthinkable

So this is an achievement?? This is not what he promised in the apc manifesto!! Anything short of this is sheer fraud and a slap in the face of Nigerians!

What did he promise? What was the government resolution when Niger delta militants were on rampant early 2016. Out of hatred for his party or personality of PMB, you just come here and rant rubbish.
