Tragedy struck some minutes ago in Oshodi, Lagos, as a tipper knocked down a mother and her child, killing them instantly.

It was gathered that the tipper laden with sharp sand, had experienced brake failure before killing the sachet water hawker and her child.

I've always feared for this road side hawkers, especially that Oshodi, they've grown to be averse to control. This is sad. Rest in Peace mother and child
