Depression A Motivational Write Up By Mary Temitope by marytemitope(f): 8:38pm On Jan 16, 2019
When I was young I could hardly waited for my Dad to come
home from work in the evening, I’d sit on that porch of our house
watching until I’d see striding down that alley toward our house.
Then I’d run and leap into his arms. He would swing me up into
the air and carry me into the house, laughing and talking with me
as we went.
By the time I was school age,I know my father was spending
less time with us,but I thought we has a happy family. Our family
started to fall apart when my father doubled his home. Things
started to fall apart.
Things changed the other way round for my mother and my elder
brother. Things changed from from what they used to be.
My mother:she loved,she hated,she hurt and got hurt,but most
importantly she sacrificed!
From good to bad.
From bad to worst
From worse to worse, and finally….. DEPRESSION CAME IN!
We’ve got issues to discuss as far as Depression concerned . We
need to start paying attention to issues that kill is everyday: we
need to examine the contributing factors of suicide rates in our
beloved country. People give up on life on a daily basis because
they couldn’t push anymore.
Poverty level and society pressure of what to expect from an
individual is compounding the problem at hands ,our Government
isn’t helping either. The Great Depression, like most other
periods of severe unemployment, was produced by government
mismanagement rather than by any inherent instability of the
private economy.
We can’t all fold our arms and let depression and anxiety rule our
world. A story needs to be told, words need to be shared, and
solutions need to be provided.
The cause of depression are not fully understood but we do know
that a combination or psychological, social, genetic, and biological
factors can contribute to its development .
If you don’t think your anxiety, depression, sadness and stress
impact your physical health, think again. All of these emotions
trigger chemical reactions in your body, which can lead to
inflammation and a weakened immune system .
Depression is a serious mental illness that involves the brain. It’s
more than just a feeling better of being “ down in the dumps” or”
blue” For a few days. A big part of depression is feeling really
lonely, even if you’re in a room full of a million people. The
feelings do not go away ,it persist and interfere with your
everyday life and its trick is to lure you by charming your life .
Depression is the leading global disability and we understand
how cruel this life could be,but it is what it is,don’t allow
depression take over your existence.
Talk to someone today and activate you happy mood.
Stay tuned ,connected,and updated .
