Experience: 2 – 3 years in similar job role

Job Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for Opening and closing the banking application of the company.
2.Responsible for running the End of Day(EOD) and carrying out of data base back up both on the server and external back up hard disk.
3. Responsible for ensuring that Organisation branches are always online and connected to the banking application.
4. Responsible for the internet operations and continuous provision of uninterrupted internet facility.
5. Ensures that all Organisation Computer systems function optimally.
6. Attend to all Staff IT related issues to resolve them.
7. Procurement and purchase of all IT related devices, peripheral and systems as needed by the company.
8. Recommend and Implement IT systems upgrade / repairs as at when and where needed.
9. Expected to continually source for relevant technology implementations to ease, grow and simplify the company’s business operations.
10. Responsible for regular optimizing of the server, particularly clearing of temporary files which can impact response time of server.
11. Administration of the Company's banking application and Company server.
12. Administration of the Company’s Google email services.
13. Regular updates of the Company’s website and online presence
