How Warm Water Saved My Skintone. by jessikoholic: 4:32pm On Jan 19, 2019
I was a border in my secondary school days so I got really used to cold showers. I would only take a warm bath if the weather was extra extra cold or sick. At some point in my adult life, I noticed that some parts of my body were darker than the other. I am very fair in complexion so it was a border to me. I wasn't comfortable in wearing certain clothings so my confidence dropped.I tried on different products including exfoliants and was afraid to try on more. None worked for me. Last Christmas, I noticed that was skin becoming clearer in my arears of concern and then I thought about what I did differently. I WAS BATHING WITH WARM WATER (NOT TOO HOT) EVERYDAY and exfoliating at least twice a week. Since then, my skintone is becoming even and I don't think I'd stop my Warm Water Therapy anytime soon.
