Job Description

Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services within the built environment
Heating and cooling load analyses for the purposes of system sizing
Air side and water side calculations for designing building systems
Report writing: writing summaries of the calculation methodologies employed
Attending meetings and learning from listening, asking questions and discussion
Working with people from other disciplines and/or vendors to gain knowledge on new subjects.
Generate bill of quantities and coordinate prices material schedules and submittals
Other duties assigned to you by the Managing Partner

Requirements

B.Sc, HND (or its equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable and accredited higher institution of learning.
Minimum of 2 year post NYSC experience working on Mechanical and Plumbing Services projects in the site supervision/project.
Proficient in the use of design/drafting software such as AutoCAD MEP, REVIT etc
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage.
Candidate with previous experience in Project Engineering will be and addes advantage.
Membership & knowledge of ASHRAE Standards and Guidelines will be an added advantage.
