You cannot have a ''Thomas Sankara'' again in Francophone countries or even in Anglophone countries. The West already learned how to sideline such people in developing countries. The way the system works is that such people would not get appointments or even get heard. A good example is Julius Malema in South Africa which you cited. Because he understands the system, the elites in South Africa (trained to work against themselves) would sideline him.
