It was earlier reported that a Hyena was found roaming the streets in Kano state yesterday. 

The animal which was captured by some of the brave residents, was tied up and reportedly dragged to the police station following a shocking allegation, according to reports..

Fresh reports have it that the Hyena is currently at the police station in Gwale local government area - after it was alleged that a woman was turned into the carnivoran mammal by some cultists/ritualists.

The rumour caused a huge panic in the area.

So in other words, they killed the "woman". It's like the people from the northern part of Nigeria got issues. So they rather kill a human than an animal. The moment they realize a "woman" turned into the animal, they killed it. WTF?

Superstitious nonsense! Why would any one with a functioning brain and a sound mind believe fictitous tales such as this? People just make rash decisions based on hearsays, rumours and make-believes without actually trying to think! Where is the evidence to show that some imaginary woman magically transformed into this Hyena? Who was the eye witness to that event, and for what purpose exactly did she take the form of a predator?

This is outright murder, wickedness and a clear case of animal brutality. The perpetrators of this evil act should be brought to book. We are 21st century people and not some cave men for Christ's sake. It is actions like these that make the whites look down on Africans as monkeys, ignorant and uncivilized people.
