Nigerians have started reacting following the withdrawal of Oby Ezekwesili, the presidential candidate of the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN).

Oby withdrew from the race and is set to now devote her time to help build a coalition.

For one rare reason in Nigeria political terrain, I will say I appreciate what this woman just did. It is a lesson which others should emulate. One thing that will add beauty to our democracy is to make sure this current president is forced to retire next month. Sincerely, Nigeria need to move forward.

Like for a new government - share for PMB

Oby just earned my full respect with this move. Truth is,
irrespective of how brilliant and noble
the other candidates and their ideas are,
right now, it's next to impossible to go
toe to toe with APC and PDP. What is
needed is a coalition of all these parties with an agreement to present one
candidate who all others will unselfishly
support(Olawepo Hashim or Sowore in
this case). Oby won't have been a bad
choice but honestly, the country ain't
ready for a female president(sorry feminists). With the youthful population
and an agressive social media campaign,
wresting power from these old dumb
leaders is achievable. I hope other
candidates can toe her path

She would have at least fought to the end or was she threatened

She just ruined her presidential ambition coz no one would want to campaign for an indecisive person next time.

Forming a coalition is the right decision. They should all support Sowore's AAC he is the real third force not Olawepo Hashim. Nigerians in diaspora that don't support Atiku and PMB are supporting Sowore & believe me such people can influence and convince their family members in Nigeria to vote Sowore.

Guess the battle got too ugly for her.. The Nigerian political Hemisphere is not a gentleman/lady landscape, it is more of a punch hard, Street fighting and bone crushing kinda engagement... You gotta have more brawn than brain... Madam Oby had more of the Brain but less of the Brawn..

One man down... Who's next??

Perhaps you think we all have retrograde amnesia. Sowore, Madam Oby, Mohagalu were all instrumental in enthroning the catastrophe Buhari government Nigeria have today.

She made a very good decision.
She has seen the handwriting on the wall.
Its a shame that most people from her region NEVER supported her from day one, but rather support a thief and criminal.

Only the blind people or people that enjoy lying to themselves that up till now do not know who the next president of Nigeria for the next 4 years will be....

Even the wise people know who the next Presidents of Nigeria for the next 12 years are, all by the special grace of God.
Thumbs up Madam Oby!
Cheers ma'm!
We love you too!

This will be disappointing for women in general.
A plus for Atiku, Yes a plus for him cos anybody that votes for any of these mushroom parties are technically voting for Bubu

Abeg who is Sowore?
Imagine that type as Nigerian President??

When we have intelligent and viable candidates like Kingsley Moghalu as a realistic alternative to APC and PDP, who is talking about a loud- mouth Werey that calls himself Sowere?
Nigerian Agberos will always root for their kind in Sowere.
Sane minds will seek for and chose their type.
