Hello �, please guys I just bought a Nokia 4.2 from a seller here on nairaland and the battery drains super fast..you don't even have to press anything and it keeps draining, is so annoying cos I got it for someone..please any solution to it?

There is no such thing as original port. Every charging port you buy for Nokia 6.1 has a lifespan of 4 months.

The only consolation is that there is a rugged charging port in the market now. I could easily judge from its built that it will address the problem its predecessors have been experiencing. But that doesn't mean it is original.

I will snap it and post here so that u can look for that exact one. It cost N1,500

I believe it will address the charging port issue because this very build is the only Nokia 6.1 charging port with the for legs of the charging port firmly soldered to the board. Other previous charging ports weren't doing that and as a result the charging port becomes shaky after using it for a while.

It is well, i just gave an engineer to replace now. He booked me 4k to get the original port.

But now that the 4 legs of the port has been firmly soldered to the board, I don't think continuous usage will make it shaky anymore.

That pronlem is always a charger issue. Ensure you use original charger. One day a man was charging his phone and all of a sudden with heard noisy spark. That's because the charger he was using was fake.
