henry007:1. What are the differences between global version & the chanise version? 2. Does version have anything to do with the phone's quality? 3. I noticed a wide price gap at a Nokia brand outlet today as against the Jumia online price. Though, that of Jumia is an order from overseas. Does this have anything to do with quantity? 4. The Nokia phone vendor told me, that their brand ordered from overseas via Jumia is without warranty. Secondly, It is not a Nigeria specification. Hence, There might be a challenge if there are need for repair. As the exact parts may not be readily available at the Nigeria Nokia Care. Except the person send it back to the country it ordered it from whenever there is need for repair. Please how true are the above submissions. I've be doing a little research on what brand & make of phone to purchase. And Nokia & Huawei seems to be in my consideration. |

IMASTEX: It differs from phone to phone, everything is explained in the Nokia 5.1 Plus review. Not sure if it's the same quality but i haven't had any issues yet. Chinese version isn't covered by warranty. |

henry007:Thanks for the feedback. I saw your review. You got the Chinese version. I think I am more relaxed knowing there isn't any issue with your usage of it. I heard when you said Glo 4g & Mtn 4g didn't work because they had to flash in the Global version. Is that application to all the Chinese version gotten from overseas? Or the Network band is according to the original phone specifications. Thanks |

Make una help me o A few months of using my NOKIA 5.0 Phone, the screen got broken at the fingerprint sensor when a smaller Techno phone fell upon it. I used it for some weeks like that before some of the keypad like 'e' start hanging while i am typing, so i took it to a phone repairer who changed the screen for me. One week after that, the phone hanged while i was sending some files to someone through Xender. The power and volume button refused to work during that moment. Someone told me to keep the phone that after sometime that it would come on. And so i did, leaving the phone just in that state throughout the day only to wake up in the morning to see that it had gone off. i tried to power it on to avail. So the next day i went back to the guy who changed its screen for me and explained what happened. He suggested that i flashed the phone. But since that won't be possible except the phone is powered on, he said that he would service the battery so that the phone can be able to power on. I went back to him the next day. The phone was still not responding even though i left it with him the other day. He said that he serviced the battery, but couldn't power the phone on, so he connected the phone to a system and flashed it yet it refused to power on. He then told me that he doesn't't know what else to do on the phone. So please, what do you people suggest i do? |
