Requirements
* Have previous riding experience
* SSCE/Hnd/Ond minimum qualification.
* Reside in Lagos
* Young and Upwardly Mobile, unemployed people in Lagos within the age range of 22 - 30 years old who can drive a motorcycle.
* Must Posses a rider license.
