Ok, let's take it that Fulani is the Chairman.

In APC, one is declared a candidate if he emerged winner in a primary conducted by Apc National Working Committee members witnessed by INEC official or representative.

By this provision, Fulani primaries is not authentic because it doesn't meet the above provision.

Saraki plan has failed and he should be ready to test his popularity and he has just 3 weeks to do that.
