Buhari is an enemy to a democratic setting. Surely, he will pay dearly. You can screenshot this and save.

Silly thing to say. Buhari is not synonymous with ' a President' as depicted on the constitution. He has 4 years renewable 2 tenures after which he will be a common civilian like you, I am sure then you will still lick his asses and another President will overthrow the head of another arm of government and democracy collapses.

Executive head can't overthrow head of Legislature, that's why they couldn't do any thing to Saraki. Each organ needs 2/3 of legislatures to remove the other head.

I know you are stupid but there is opportunity for education instead of hero worship. Your hero is a slowpoke and you are siding him ignorant of your constitution as a citizen.

Do you really have a copy of the constitution? It is online for free and sold at traffic for 300 naira if you can afford.

Get a copy and be guided by it. Illiterate backers of illiterate. Birds of the same feather no doubts

When GEJ suspended Sanusi, we asked, what about 2/3rd required from the Senate to remove him? they said, suspension is not the same thing as sack. Emefiele was appointed and confirmed almost immediately by the Senate while SLS investigation was ongoing. No uproar from PDP, Senate or social media noise makers.

GEJ suspended President of Court of appeal, Ayo Salami, against NJC recommendations and several court orders. No uproar or protests. When you ask them about GEJ today, they call him a hero of democracy for conceding defeat in an election he lost woefully after several rigging attempts.

PMB today is a tyrant for obeying a CCT court order. Well, the CJN is suspended not sacked. Nigerians actually deserve the leaders and citizens around them. A civil servant who happened to be an arbiter of the law, has an undeclared $3m in his bank accounts, several houses, claiming he forgot to mention almost N1billion in his assets declaration form and you expect us to look the other way because of the political optics? Something is doing you. You are Nigeria's problem, yes You! . You deserve your leaders and fellow citizens. Couldn't be happier that I got out early.

Did Jonathan respect d constitution when he suspend sanusi lamido, d CBN governor n replace him with emefiele?
I hope we are not doomed already in this country. So it's now about who broke the law the most by our Leaders. It's a big shame that those who ought to stand up against this rape of our Constitution are finding self interest justification for their flawed reasoning.

Almost everyone on social media voiced former Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun into resigning. Some even asked that the President remove her to prove that he's truly fighting corruption. When the brilliant woman saw that she truly erred by submitting a fake NYSC Exemption certificate, she did the honourable thing. She tendered her resignation letter and left. She RESIGNED!
By that time, those of you ethnic jingoists didn't see Kemi as a Southerner. You screamed at her, cyber bullied her and even hurled abuses at her. Now it is the turn of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, who admitted himself that he 'forgot' to declare his domiciliary accounts which was loaded with £23,409, €49,971 and $391,401, including 55 houses undeclared, and by so doing, he breached the Code of Conduct as a Public officer and was suppose to have resigned straightaway if he had any modicum of honour, integrity and shame as the custodian of the Nigerian Law, but he didn't. Instead, he was doing everything to stall his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal. All those times, you didn't call for his resignation the same way you did with Kemi, you didn't bully him to resign the way you bullied Kemi, you were instead urging him to stay on, you were drumming support for him and some of you that were deceiving yourselves with your forming neutrality didn't say anything all this while too, you deliberately turned dumb. When it was first revealed a fortnight ago that the Chief Justice of Nigeria didn't declare his domiciliary accounts with dollars starched in it, all you were vituperating was that the President wanted to remove him because he's a southerner. You acted dumb on the offence he committed. Now that the CJN has been suspended, those of you fake neutralists are now crying foul. You're screaming that democracy is in danger. Can y'all see how nonsensically hypocritical you are? Your hypocrisy is legendary. Your hypocrisy stinks. You shouted and bullied Kemi Adeosun into resignation but aiding Onnoghen who can't explain how he got the foreign currencies starched in his domiciliary accounts which he didn't declare plus 55 houses. A whooping 55 houses.
Instead of the CJN to resign honourably and go clear himself, he was busy running from pillar to post buying injunctions to stop the case against him. Just a couple of days ago, another $630,000 and $800,000 was discovered in his separate domiciliary accounts again. Y'all pretended you didn't see the news, abi? Sensing that he could be suspended by the NJC, the CJN quickly suspend their meeting indefinitely. Why? So that he can stay on. You can imagine!
You asked Kemi to resign but Onnoghen who was selling justice for dollars and deliberately didn't declare those dollars in his domiciliary accounts including 55 houses should stay on, and he should be left alone.
Arrant nonsense.

PDP ARE SUPPORTER OF CORRUPTION

Very brilliant post.

Can Tanko do it without being given the power to do so ? Can you install another king without first dethroning the one there? Moreso , there is a provision in the Constitution that he can suspend the man. So what is the noise about ? He did not remove, he suspended the man.

Why did Walter suspended NJC.indefinitely ? Nigeria will be redeemed from the hands of thieves and robbers in Jesus Name

The fact remains that President Buhari's actions was based on CCT order. Until a court of competent jurisdiction overrule it, the suspension stands.

The former CJN is not interested in clearing his name. Him and and his legal team were more interested in intimidation and delay tactics till he is able to deliver on what Atiku and Wike paid for.
what then happens to the judgement of the court of appeal? Abi u don't no there was a judgement from there telling CCT to stop the trial?

If former CJN feels cheated he can approach court of law to seek redress simple

U should try n get better education on what d constitution says about removing the CJN.
Try google, check NJC and read d parts in d constitution...i bet u wont say d same thing again.
Disreguard for rule of law is d worst form of corruption, that is buhari's specialty too.
