Onnoghen thought he was smart by suspending NJC indefinitely but he forgot he was dealing with cat with seven-life, Buhari quickly switched over to the next life.
CJN now think of himself as Billgate such that he forgot billion in his accounts.
SERAP is confused by telling NJC to ask Onnoghen to step aside and at the same time tell Muhammed to relieve himself of that acting role. has SERAP like Onnoghen, forgot that Muhammad is next in line to Onnoghen and the right person to step in once Onnoghen step aside?

Follow due process. Don't bury a man before he's dead. If the acting CJN had any integrity in him, he would have rejected the position knowing fully well that Onno was not "suspended" through due process.

Corruption or no corruption, not following due process makes you corrupt as well angry

Is that the only thing you read from the article. You see your life.
Did u read where it refers to failure of the former CJN to declare its assets. Also where it says he should step aside. Also that the judicial council to look into the matter. This is the same judicial council the former CJN postpone indefinitely.

You are indirectly saying same thing, let the Judiciary handle its matters according to the constitution.

I don't usually respond to zombies like yourself.

The chief justice allegdly committed a crime and we should throw away the Constitution because Buhari is above the law?

Ok. So also if the former CJN has integrity he should have step aside and let the judicial council investigate the matter rather than postponing the matter to be investigated immediately. The former CJN allow himself to be used by politicians. By the way are you aware that he admitted to the offence? Are you also aware that recently in the USA that one of the most senior TRUMP official recuse himself from Muller investigation simply because he was one of the people to be investigated on. That is what is called integrity. That is the same international community you people will be calling to save Nigeria. If it were to be in USA or western world the former CJN will be going to long prison sentence.

SERAP is mad!

The allegations against CCT chairman, did danladi resign?

Did Gov gandolar resign?

Did Buhari resign after the allegations against his family owning a bank?

Did Burutai resign? After his hotels were located in dubia?

Did osinbanjo resign?

When Aisha Buhari was accused of complicities in N2.8 billion naira with her aide did Buhari open prosecution? Why did buhari not resign?

How long did it take buhari to sack babachir?

How about tinibu's alpha beta?

How long did it take the former finance minister to resign after it was established she forged her certificate? Was she prosecuted

How many barrels of oil do we export daily does Nigerians know? Is buhari not petroleum minister? How much do we make daily on crude and gas sales?

Yet zonb's come out here to shout " war against corruption " CJN is Corrupt, everybody in Nigeria is corrupt except Buhari, his family and APC members.

Thunder fire all of una! Corruption fighting kill all of una dia!

None of these people that you mentioned admitted to the allegations but the CJN did

My pain in all this logjam is that the politicians have brainwashed most of the laymen on the issue and they're dancing to their tone ignorantly.

Honestly to be an illiterate is a bad sickness in life, and to be an intellectual-illiterate is the worst.

SERAP did not say Tanko Muhammad should step aside as acting CJN,, if you read the paragraph again, they only adviced that he RECUSED himself from the process of interference with the NJC on the issue .. Since he is the acting CJN...that,, to avoid conflict of interest..

But I have a question, if Tanko Muhammad is the outright next in line to be CJN,, then should he automatically be the next inline to be chairman of the NJC ?

If President and Governors have immunity while in office. Then the law should have been followed to sack/suspend/step aside/stepdown/relegate ( whatever the word) the CJN. The constitution shouldn't be raped because Onoghen has failed to declared his clandestine accounts

Buhari will never do that. I can assure you that the former CJN is gone and gone forever. No sane government in the world will allow a shameless thief like Onnoghen to remain the country's top judicial officer.

This here is the dilemma!

Buhari has turned corruption war into a joke and sinister plan and agenda. Now the constitution has held his hands and he has no moral rights for people or the senate to unarguably/unanimously support or trust the credibility of his decision he wants to twist the laws. Impossible

Breaking News..... Do you know that the former CJN was part of the Dubai evil gathering ?? He was paid upfront in order to do the bidding of PDP after they must have lost the election and lodged complain before the Court.

Onnonghen promised PDP that he will constitute Tribunal Judges that will be favourable to PDP where he will stand for them in the Apex Court and will grant them dubious victory in the Supreme Court afterwards.. The Money we heard was paid by SARAKI's aides on three different instalment and in dollars.

The date which the money was Paid was transmitted to the Presidency by top security personals..

-Now You know why the tainted Thief was booted out from his Seat by Sai BABA.

-Now You know why PDP are completely demoralised to the point of suspending their Campaigns

-Now You know why we Buharists are happy and mocking them.

- Now You know that the Dubai Evil gathering strategy has been exposed and condemned to nothing.

Government has the power to place a restrictions order on those accounts and where he can not explain the source, he may forfeit it to government.

Buhari......... 2023.

I'm happy because of my experience in the last senatorial election in 2015.

All available records and calculations shows that a particular candidate won the election.

But the Tribunal Chairman cancelled result of some polling stations and declared the candidate of the state governor as the winner.

Appeal also validated it.

Most of our politicians have their own Judges, the links are there.

If they lose election they can get it back at Tribunal. Buhari will stop these nonsense.

Some unsuccessful lawyers are now Judges, they now struggle and settle to be in election tribunal.

Our Judiciary is no longer the hope of a common man.

I'm in support of anything that will sanitize the system.
