He has done nothing wrong. He acted on the directive of the executive who in turn acted on a substantive court order.

Tanko remains in charge.

The Judiciary is too disunited, if not they would have suspended Justice Tanko for taking up appointment without the NJC approval. The Executive arm of govt is making good use of the disunity in the Judicial arm of govt
