The negotiations between the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and select investors on the commercial terms to consider in the revamp of the country’s refineries may have collapsed. The negotiations on the revamp of the refineries in Port Harcourt, Warri, and Kaduna, have lasted over a year but an agreement has not still been reached. The Chief Operating Officer (COO), Refineries, NNPC, Mr. Anibor Kragha said a lot of issues were affecting the refineries.
