Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is an indigenous non-­‐profit affiliate organization of Family Health International (FHI 360), registered in Nigeria in 2009. It aims to provide technical assistance to the government and people of Nigeria in the implementation of public health and development programs.

Building on the successful work of its parent organization, its role with SCHARP+ and Global Fund, AHNi is armed with a team of indigenous experts and professionals of international repute to help fulfill its vision and mission of enabling socio-­‐economic development in Nigeria, as well as improving lives in Nigeria through the mutually dependent strengths of programs in public health and research.

In accordance with procurement best practices, AHNi is calling for Expresssion of Interest (EOI) from qualified, interested, competent an duly established companies, suppliers and service providers in Abuja and in the state

All companies and interested vendors are required to download AHNi Vendor Registration Form by sending an email to eform_registration@ahnigeria.org using this subject "Request for Vendor Registration Form". An auto responder will then email the form to your inbox. Kndly print, complete and submit same as part of your EOI documentation.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria For AHNi EOI
The minimum eligibility requirements are as follows;

Cover page (indicating category(ies) of interest and related LOT number(s)
Company Profile: registered address, officical functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact of the company.
Evidence of legal Registration documentation of the company (CAC, FORM CO7 and FORM CO2)
Tax clearance certificate for 2015-2017
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Evidence of Financial Capability (Audited accounts for the last 3 years)
Bank Referrence Letter duly addressed to AHNi Procurement Committee
Evidence of registration with Professional Organizations, Regulatory Bodies, Manufacturers and/or Certificate of Authorized Dealership and Distributorship with Make, Brand, Equipment, Machine and/or accessories as it relates to field of business endeavor.
Evidence of Possession of experience in line of business you are applying for. Prospecting vendors must provide at least 5 copies of completed job orders and proof of deliveries in areas of interest.
Provide reference letters from at least 5 reputable organizations, preferably NGOs attesting to active or past business relationships and level of performance 9the letters must have relevant contact persons, telephone numbers and emails)
Other relevant supporting document that could aid your expression of interest

AHNi is Value Added Tax exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigeria Tax laws.

As part of the prequalification process, AHNi may visit the location(s) of prospecting vendors to assess the physical presence, capacity and capability.
Only successful pre-qualified vendors would be invited to participate in AHNi's routine Soliciation for Quotation (SFQ). Invitation to id (ITB) and/or Request For Proposals (RFP) for the next 1 year.
You are expected to linit yourself to where you have experience, required documentations and operational presence
Any unsolicited attempt to influence AHNi's internal selection process in favoour of any company(ies) will result in immediate disqualifcation
A company cannot express interest in more than 3 categories and must be guided by the following;
Must have operational presence for each category
Must actively operate the businesses
Must express such interest seperately for each category with full documentation and requirement that will make it eligible
