It's all happening so fast supreme court this afternoon has given ruling on a reserved ruling earlier reserved two ago in the case filed by Rivers APC and it's candidate Tonye. Supreme court in a ruling today faulted the judgement of a Rivers high court by Justice Chinwendu Nworgu nullifying all APC congresses and primaries. In a supreme court ruling delivered today supreme court said APC was not represented in the lower court affirming the earlier appeal court ruling last year that said Magnus Abe and APC acclaimed lawyers were meddlesome interloper and uninvited tombo fly.
