From both sides, there have been changes that are detrimental and beneficial. Examples of what changed are Sokoto was governed at the state level by APC, Jigawa and Zamfara was governed by PDP at the state and national level in 2015. Election was between a Northerner and Southerner. 8 Likes |

Power of incumbency changed. Buhari was in opposition in 2015 against an incumbent Jonathan then. Now Buhari has a lot of Governor, DSS, Police, Military, INEC.
