Since the controversy that PDP Presidential candidate ATiku Abubakar is from Cameroon, there have been reactions from different angles.

However, there have been silence from chieftains of pdp especially FFK, reno, ben bruce, saraki and obj.

Most people are now asking if their silence is a proof that they are aware that Atiku is not a Nigerian.

Are their silence a proof?

Bakassi is now a part of Cameroon doesn't mean that any politician who originates from Bakassi in another 40+ years from today would be barred from running for office because of the fact that Bakassi was previously a part of Nigeria and a a result, the candidate is a Nigerian.

The international community should note the reckless statement uttered by El Rufai! It is potentially dangerous as his uneducated followers may foolishly act out his savage hate speech and just start attacking foreign observers anytime! Not necessarily. I feel is a non issue because you can enjoy the status of dual nationality. If he was a new comer in Nigeria politics, it would have mattered.
