This post was shared on Facebook by a concern parent also a neighbor, seeking the attention of child welfare services or NGOs. The mother of this girl deserves to be locked up, just because the daughter could not count 1-200, she hit her daughter with turning stick, to the extent her daughter was bleeding. It's not the first time neither.
