Enugu state inec are withholding temporary voters card without issuing the permanent card to registered voters. They affected persons were advised to come back after elections or register again after elections. My wife's temporary card was taken and yet to get it back with the excuse that it can't be found. I suspect fowl play. Please this should be taken seriously.
