Maintenance Officer
Responsibilities
• To handle all repairs and maintenance of the facility which includes, electrical, plumbing, etc
• Provide support and advice to all other staff on matters relating to property management,
• Carries out any other official duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Repairs and maintenance problems in all departments raised through JOB CARDS are attended to and fixed within time requested
• To service all resort equipment on time as per requirements
• Produce a weekly report of facility

Specification/qualification

• Diploma in engineering and Electricity or other related field
• 2 years minimum experience required
• Must have excellent communication skills in writing and speaking English, problem solving skills, technical skills and interpersonal skills

I have two years plus in the area of admin/facility maintenance management.

But i studied microbiology, can I apply?
