Job Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Asaba

Position Description: The HRBP will be responsible for providing an enabling business support role and perform all HR related duties including but not limited to Work force Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Services.

Selection Criteria:
-Must be a seasoned professional with 8-10 years experience with at least 6 of it being HR experience
-Must have CIPM or related certification
-Must be willing to travel from time to time
-Experience working in a unionized environment is preferred
-Strong working knowledge of the Nigeria labor laws
