That said, real estate... continuing building though it's been hard to find tenants this past 6 months. The best other "business" in this Buhari era is just fixed deposits where you're guaranteed interest with very little risk. There are tonnes of materials on youtube that will help you, just take your time. But a simple tip I will give you is this, don't write fiction, go for non fictions. Secondly look for books that are doing well in the non fiction niche and map your books using their table of content in the "look in" to write yours. Finally, avoid plagiarism by all means to avoid termination of account. Tools that will help you scale are (1) Kdprocket - this will help you in your research for titles that are converting (2) copyscape or plagiarismchecker - this will help you avoid plagiarism and (3) Grammarly - this will help you avoid grammatical and punctuation errors.

Then watch all videos on keywords.

With this, you will scale faster as a self publisher. It is great not depending on Nigeria's economy for your income.
