Information reaching Brainnews has it that the Court of Appeal this morning dismissed the Appeal against the Judgement of Justice Adeniyi of the FCT High Court, filed by Pastor Usani Uguru Usani.

Justice Adeniyi’s judgment, delivered on the 7th of January, 2019 was to the effect that Pastor Usani, Hon Minister of Niger Delta Affairs was not a candidate in APC’s primaries.

That Etim John’s primaries were illegal as he had no right to conduct primaries.

In conclusion, Distinguish Senator Owan Enoh candidature is reinforced as the one true APC Governorship candidate for Cross River State.
