A Nigerian lady identified as Rita Osawende whose wedding to her heart throb was set to hold on the 23rd of February has been left in confusion as INEC postpones elections to February 23 2019. Osawembe during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday (February 16 2019) in Benin revealed that she had earlier adjusted the date of her wedding from February 16 to February 23 on account of the elections.
