This man does not know what he's saying. Election was cancelled in 2011 around 12 noon when it was midway. Nobody can break that record created under PDP era. This is not to excuse inefficiency in INEC though.

which party is more confused than APC.. right from inception they changed their name up-to 3times A D to A C to APC.. when they loose this week they will break into fractions and continue the naming ceremony..

they are already in factions from zamfara to cross river, rivers and ogun state... they are just waiting to lose the election to make it official.
