Useless story to Nigerians.

BTW:
The Electoral Act (2010), however, does not prescribe death for any electoral offence.

The maximum sentence for snatching of ballot boxes is 24 months in prison.

Section 129 (4) of the Electoral Act states, “Any person who snatches or destroys any election material commits an offence and is liable on conviction to 24 months imprisonment.”

Are you really an introvert?
You sound more like an outgoing person.

As for the matter, this people know how corrupt this country is, and how useless they rule of law has become when the corrupt want to carry out their schemes, they hide behind a distorted constitution that give the likes of Evans to take the government to court.

Just look at this people quoting constitution for ballot box snatchers that have killed and wasted life countless times, in fact there has never been ballot box snatching without loss of life.

IF you want to fight corruption in a corrupt country, you don't follow due process, you follow the necessary process. - Vladimir Putin
