I got the same mail but I replied and asked for clarification. Adams replied that it's on Wednesday by 5pm. Maybe you should send him a mail for clarification so you don't miss your test.

my test center is Abuja but I wouldn't be able to travel down there. can I just go to Lagos centre for the test?

To acknowledge the test invite, I clicked on NO and gave reason why I will not be available for Wednesday that I will like to write the test on a Saturday, then a mail was later forwarded to me that I should come and write it on Saturday. i am now surprised that others got that got the rescheduled mail also.
