Our target clientèle are the very discerning high net worth individuals who are desirous of paying the right price for the best in class product in a particular product segment.

We seek to fill the following positions;

Corporate Sales Executive; Retail (Female preferred)
This position is gender specific and will be filled by experienced sales personnel who have held direct sales positions previously.
Candidates who can show evidence of working as Direct Sales Agents in Banks, Finance houses,Insurance and related companies especially within the corporate segment will be accorded prior consideration. Minimum salary for this position is Fifty Thousand Naira (NGN50,000.00)

Trainee Retail Executives
This role will be filled by forward looking candidates desirous of developing a long term career in sales. They must be self-motivated and inwardly driven personalities willing to break the glass ceiling and accomplish set goals and objectives always and without excuses whatsoever. They will be attached to Corporate Sales Executives who will train them rigorously for at least Six months.
Twenty Five Thousand Naira (NGN 25,000.00) will be the monthly stipend/Allowance payable for the first six months.

Reward and Compensation Plan
We pay a monthly salary that is very attractive and commensurate with experience and of course demonstrable experience.

A weekly commission structure is also in place. This is naturally predicated on the attainment of weekly Sales targets which are not superfluous but realistic.

A quarterly and yearly mechanism ensures that performance appraisals are conducted and that all high performers are adequately compensated periodically outside the fixed salary and weekly commissions.

Annual leave is for three weeks and is taken by all staff during the Yuletide.
