Indeed buharis 4 years is by far better than the 16 of PDP since he could delivery more with far less unlike PDP who had far More yet couldn't pay ordinary salaries without borrowing.

Buhari with less is even assisting the 30 States PDP rendered bankrupt as well as completing projects they abandoned and looted.
