So APC plan of rigging was to disrupt voting in PDP strongholds. And to starve South East of voting materials till 2pm. Not even sure voting materials ever arrived many polling booths. If the hands of APC is clean in this elections, let them continue in power. But if their hands are dirty, BUHARY MUST HAND OVER ON 29th May, 2019. |
