Corps is the same spelling for both the singular and plural version ..

In the singular term, it is pronounced as "core"

In the plural version, it is pronounces as "cores"

If you read the screenshot you posted well and relate it side by side with what the OP asked, core /kor/ is correct in case of NYSC. NYSC is already a group/body and since there aren't two bodies say NYSC and SAN, using /kor/ (without the 's') is correct. Thanks for the screenshot. It's an enlightenment.
