I still don't get the logic behind people's way of thinking. I bought a Manchester United Jersey from one Igbo in Lagos and immediately my friends spotted it on me, they asks where did I get it, then I told them I bought it at one Igbo shop. The next thing I hear is that 'na fake Jersey you buy'. Looking at myself, this Jersey cost me 15k but my padis already rubbish the originality of the cloth.

So also, any electronics buy from Igbo shop is always seen as fake. They believe they never sell good thing. So my question is 'who now sells original things in Nigeria?

Every igbo have fake and original in his shop.... Ask him for original and price it well he'll give it to u... Else:
U get fake.

Yes the igbos are dupes by nature and what they call business is simply buying or producing inferior or extremely low quality products and try to sell them off as original to other trusting and unsuspecting people from other tribes

Because they've been tested and proven to be fake and also based on their antecedents (too deceitful)

Let me give you a scenario; Belgium spares are usually more expensive because they are 'follow-come' parts, Some Igbo guys will buy new parts and rub them in mud and/or grease to make them look dated in order to deceive unsuspecting eyes.

I have 100+ other scenarios. The title of this thread should be: why are Igbos seen as being deceitful?
