Obviously Buhari has done everything to their favour. He gave them virtually all the appointments despite criticisms Atiku was the candidate for restructuring and it was South that needed restructuring and change. When it really mattered however, the vast majoring Southern voters (especially SE & SS) simply refused to come out and vote, with less than 10% turn out in some places |
