But Khana local government with less population gave PDP 89k votes more than Obio Akpor and Port Harcourt local government with high density population.

yes thats 58% of voters in a pdp dominated area which is way less than what GEJ got in 2019. They had an above average voter tournout compared to crisis ridden emohua.
