Meet The 6 Women Senators-elect In Nigeria by TeeeVeeee: 7:41pm On Feb 28, 2019
With the results announced so far by the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC), 6 women have been (re)elected across the 6 geo-political zones. There are 109 seats in the upper chamber of the National Assembly. The women senators (re)elected last Saturday are:

– Remi Tinubu – Lagos Central(APC)
– Aishatu Dahiru Binani – Adamawa Central(APC)
– Oko Rose Okoji – Cross River North(PDP)
– Eyakenyi Akon Etim – Akwa Ibom South(PDP)
– Stella Oduah – Anambra North(PDP)
– Uche Ekwunife – Anambra Central(PDP)

I think anambarians are very well exposed and independent thinkers in their voting pattern.
Three different parties won during last weekends election...Two women won senatorial seats.

The last one from Anambra killed APGA . She used koboko to chase Victor Umeh the APGA senator out of the Senate after he made donations to Mbaka to prophecy him into the Senate.

It was the drunkard of a governor, obiano that killed Apga. She just collected a seat she deserved more from them.
